It is time for another month of meal planning. Summer is upon us. We have a high school graduation this month, an anniversary, a son leaving for a 2 month mission training, a birthday, Fathers Day and major de-cluttering going on there.Keeping all this in mind, I tried to make our menu plan this month on the light side, by using go to meals (ones I have made for years and are easy to pull together).
I have a long list of room by room de-cluttering to do this month along with school planning for the 2012/13 school year. I do not want to have to spend allot of time in the kitchen. Plus it will be getting hot here , so who wants to heat up the kitchen any more than needed.
